Focused on updates and progress following the initial consultation.

This is a time to check in on previous recommendations as well as review any new laboratory values .

Initial + 2 Follow-ups

This is a good option for someone who knows they will need regular follow ups and support.

The 2 follow-ups must be used within 6 months of the date of the initial consultation.
